At Oditron Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Oditron") we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit oditron.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. For details on the processing of your personal data, please also see our Data Protection Notice.
Data We Collect
- Contact form data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, the contents of your message and your promotional-message preference.
- Correspondence data: the information you share if you contact us directly by email or phone.
- Technical data: log records kept by our hosting provider — IP address, request time, browser and operating system information.
We do not run advertising trackers, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not use any analytics tool that tracks visitor behaviour.
Why We Collect It
We use your data only to respond to your enquiries, manage solution evaluation and partnership processes, keep the site secure and — where you have given explicit consent — keep you informed of updates.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on the following providers to deliver the service. Their servers are located outside Türkiye and they process your data solely to provide their service:

Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to the data is limited to the employees who need it to handle your request.
