5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our infrastructure providers used for hosting and form handling (e.g. Netlify) and our email service provider (Microsoft 365), strictly for the purposes above and under appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure where conditions are met, and to object to results arising solely from automated processing.
